By placing an order, you agree to the provisions of this GTC.

2. Order Process

You can place your order electronically through our webshop. Simply add the desired products to your cart and complete the checkout steps. Registration is optional, but recommended for easier tracking and return management.

3. Prices

All product prices shown on the webshop are gross prices, including VAT (where applicable). Shipping fees are shown separately at checkout.

4. Payment Methods

We offer secure payment options including credit/debit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. All available methods will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping

Orders are delivered by third-party couriers to the address you provide at checkout. The average delivery time within the EU is 3–5 business days. The shipping fee is calculated and displayed automatically at checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• The product is in sealed, undamaged, original packaging and has not been opened or used.
• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

7. Warranty and Complaints

If your product arrives defective, please contact us via email with your order number and photo evidence. We aim to respond to warranty and complaint inquiries within 5 business days.
