Refund-policy

We’re sorry if the product you received didn’t meet your expectations.
You can easily initiate a return through your customer account – just go to the relevant order and click “Start return”.
Return eligibility
We only accept returns if the item is either:
  • in its sealed, original and undamaged packaging, and has not been opened or used, or
  • defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return requests that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Return process
Submit your return request through your customer account. Once approved, you will receive a DHL+ return label by email.
If the returned item meets the above conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Important information
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Shipping fee
The standard shipping fee is €4.60 and will be shown at checkout.
Free shipping applies to all orders above €29.99.
